Registration
Please read the following carefully before you register:

Registration Categories
Categories (A), (B) and (C) registration fees include technical programme attendance, one copy of the proceedings, welcome reception, lunches, coffee-breaks and conference dinner.
Category (D) registration fee, for which documented proof is required (i.e. copy of valid student ID card) when submitting the copy of his/her payment, includes technical programme attendance, one copy of the proceedings on CD-ROM only, lunches and coffee-breaks.
Category (E) registration fee includes welcome reception, conference dinner, and one tour of Valencia.
Registration Deadlines
Early Registration on or before 15th May 2008.
Late Registration after 15th May 2008.
Cancellation of Participation
Registered delegates wishing to cancel their participation at the ESREL and SRA-E 2008 Conference will have their full registration fee refunded, minus an administrative fee of EUR 100 (One hundred EUROs), provided written notification is received by the Conference Secretariat before 1th August 2008. Cancellations received after this date will not be eligible for a refund. All refunds will be processed after the Conference.
Paper Presentation
Presenting authors must be registered at the Conference by 15th May 2008, at which time the Conference Proceedings need to be submitted to the publishing house. Failure to register within the set deadline may jeopardize the publication of their paper(s).
Each registered delegate cannot present more than two papers.
